ATS vs the World

The original fathers of a massive campaign with lots of fathers (and mothers), we were first to propose an idea we simply called ATS vs The World. Our thinking was that, since the ATS was the first truly world-class Cadillac in decades, why not take the ATS all around the big blue marble it was built to dominate? Along the way, we proposed testing its performance credentials in breathtaking ways and in places that would be impossible to ignore. With plenty of other creatives joining in (and packing their bags), it blossomed into one of the London Olympics’ “can’t-miss” TV campaigns.

The site served as the hub for this wealth of content and flows between the four locations, each showing off unique features of the ATS. Parallax animation seamlessly pulls the users deeper into each location to learn more about the culture and people.

It was exciting to have our idea launch the Cadillac’s V-Series—Cadillac’s version of BMW’s M performance series. It was even better to get Peter Thwaites to shoot it. But the cherry on top was getting to watch it on the Super Bowl.

Slug

This was another concept we pitched to launch the V-Series. The clients liked it but didn't have the cash to run two Super Bowl spots. So we made this one ourselves for the hell of it.

The New Standard of the World / • Effie / Finalist / Print Campaign

While I prefer to showcase more conceptual work in my portfolio, I thought it might be nice to show some of my “bread and butter” type work—mainly to prove that I can actually do this kind of stuff. The look and voice of this Cadillac print was designed to move Cadillac from being just a luxury automotive brand toward being a true luxury brand.
